From SEVERE Long Covid to Full Recovery (Jamie’s Story)
Jamie developed severe ME/CFS-like long covid after catching covid in May 2023, becoming housebound and later bedbound and hospitalized. Through brain retraining, fear-facing, and programs like Primal Trust and the Lightning Process, she gradually returned to work and parenting and reports a 100% physical recovery.
