James' TMS Success Story - RSI Repetitive Strain Injury, Tremors, Discoloration, Hand & Wrist Pain

James experienced a 9-10 month period of chronic pain, primarily in his hands and wrists, which he initially thought was due to repetitive strain injury (RSI). After visiting various doctors and trying physiotherapy with no luck, he discovered the concept of Tension Myoneural Syndrome (TMS) and learned that it is a condition where physical symptoms have a psychological root cause. He started to explore the idea of TMS and its connection to psychosomatic illness, and eventually began to recover by gradually returning to activities that had triggered his symptoms, including gaming, piano, and rock climbing. With time, his symptoms subsided, and he was able to return to his normal life.
