Tenisha's ME/CFS Full Recovery Story
Tenisha developed severe fatigue, palpitations, and dizziness two weeks after giving birth in June 2020, worsening to the point where she couldn't sit up in bed by December 2020. After trying creatine suggested in an online forum in January 2021 and later becoming pregnant again, her energy gradually returned, and she now says she feels completely normal.
