Vera, a student in Norway, was diagnosed with IBS in 2012 and later with severe ME/CFS, spending years largely bed bound with fatigue, digestive trouble, and loss of strength and sensation in her limbs. She says she fully recovered after turning to Ayurvedic treatment in early 2019, quickly regaining the ability to walk several kilometers a day.
