Yotam Shamron, a 24-year-old Israeli musician, experienced chronic pain in his wrist at ages 14 and 21 due to TMS (Tension Myoneural Syndrome). His first experience lasted many years, and he was eventually able to recover after listening to Dr. Sarno's audiobook "Healing Back Pain" and exploring the emotional roots of his pain. With the help of his mom, a therapist, and his own dedication, Yotam was able to understand and overcome his TMS symptoms. He now advocates for others and shares his music.
